We also do not accept DPSST Certification as being good enough; DPSST clearly states that their training only meets a minimum standard of training. So why is it that so many of our competitors only use the minimum standard? We feel our clients deserve better than the minimum standard and we train to the highest level of service available. We strive to bring a positive attitude into every encounter we have with our clients and our guests. The proper attitude in response to situations we encounter at events requires a mixture of experience, good customer service skills and understanding basic psychology and human nature.
